Echelon One Premium

This is a group of people who will be the source of incoming new blood. Their main task is to recruit new members into the organization. Sometimes, if necessary, they might be tasked to help recruit people for projects. Their next task is to provide as much as possible answers to the queries of the new blood and also help the new blood to familiarize with the function of the whole organization. The members of this group must always look out for new information on any activities.
EOP needs a leader who can really persuade people and is responsible.
As this is the first phrase of the whole recruitment plan, there will be quite a difficulty to get members. Echelon Two Spirit will be phrased in on the 1st of June 2006 to replace Echelon One Premium, this type of change will be done every year. The job will be slightly different depending on the current status of the organization then.
